Greener grass

Often, its true that when staffs leave, its a loss for the company.

Loss of time. Loss of money to do recruitment. Loss of potential employees. Loss of a friend, maybe?

Today Y asked me, if you were offered the same pay from another company with benefits, will you stay or go?

(Given the current company has no benefits)

Of course i told him i will leave, why stay when you can choose to have a new environment, if not for better? Its a risk to take.
