BBQ

I like BBQ. In fact i love it so much that i can do it for every meal.

I used to BBQ every night after getting home from my waitressing job when i was studying & working part time Aussie. Went to Coles, bought few slabs of juicy pork lamb chop, marinated with only salt and just throw them over the grill.

Cold weather makes you enjoy the BBQ more due to the heat generated, not to mention the tasty, fresh meat. I tend to prefer lamb over any other meat due to the lean, tender grassy smell and the fats that ooze out when you BBQ em. Typing this post reminds me of the good ol times, and i miss living in that moment. In that year.
